Libby and Ron were very skillful in negotiating the final terms and conditions of the purchase contract on my behalf, and Ron arranged for some local contractors to make some minor repairs to the unit for me after inspections since I did not live in the area. They suggested a closing attorney and title company that were reasonably priced, competent and efficient, and they made sure that everything was taken care of for me before I came back to town prior to the closing, which they held at their offices to make it more convenient for me.

 Libby is a great Real Estate Agent. She made life easy for us as we bought one condo and sold another. She is very professional, caring and friendly. She spent a great deal of time talking with me when I was nervous and worried. She would really listen to my concerns and would send information to me to reassure me. I felt so comfortable with her and I trusted her advice. She is very knowledgeable in her field and explained every detail to us as we signed paper after paper both buying and selling. I would highly recommend this agent. She is a class above the others. I feel so privileged to know her.
